Now we people in the subcommittees should start to do our work, that we keep an eye on the work done or not done to up keep our apartment complex.
I thing because all of us who are involved in the committee or sub committees do not have any or much experience in how to monitor the managemnet company, the cleaners and the guards.The main complains come from the residents concerning the shoddy services.
We as the paying party should let them know what we want them to do and that we monitor their actions. We should not entertain excuses given by them lack of manpower might be one of them. When they took this contract they knew what they were supposed to do, so we expect them to deliver.
Play hardball otherwise they will do with us what they want.
So I will go an investigate what is going on and will hope that we in the committee can act to make our casaria a nice place again.
But all the residents should play their part and one of the main part they should do pay the fees that they should pay. To give a simple example why, when you and your colleges decide to buy a present for one of you (a wedding present for example) and everybody agrees to contribute so everybody should. The same goes when I decide to live in an apartment complex because of the services that I get then I also agree to contribute to the fund to pay for this services if not I am not eligible to get these services that means I should then move out and live in an area without these services. But there are always people who try to get away with it. They might be unhappy with the rendered service, what is the matter with our Casaria at this moment. So that's why we as the sub committee member must work hard to shape up the bad service and then we can whack the people who don't pay.
