Something to think about.
We the residents of Casa Ria should be thankful to our neighbors, who took it on them to help us to take care of our common property. It is not a thankful job, for one you spend your free time without any pay to help to sort things out and on the other hand you get the blame, when things don't run as smoothly as the residents want to.
Please ,fellow neighbors wake up, it is our joint duty to keep our Condominium complex in a good condition. As we cannot do it, we employ service providers to do their respective jobs. But not all the companies give good service. So we have to find a good company to do it, meaning that the previous company who gave us very bad service, has to go. And this is the jurisdiction of the council that the residents have elected and not of any single resident.If the residents are not happy they can call for an EGM and question the decision made, but not go undercover and make police reports against your fellow neighbors. Let the Council explain and please listen carefully before jumping to conclusion based on half truths. Please, my dear fellow neighbors start behaving like mature adults, who can sit down and talk things out in a professional manner.
But you also have to do your duty, meaning you have to contribute to pay for the services and not let only few residents pay and you enjoy all the benefits on on top of it , threaten and complain. What law is that, the law of the jungle.?!?!....
So, please neighbors, pay you monthly fees, so that the council has enough funds to pay the service providers and also to collect funds for repairs, that are due. We all should be responsible to each other.

aptly said by silent_words: The gatherings of the residents, who are concerned about the bad maintenance, bad security and bad roads, have created a beginning, hopefully a good beginning for us to develop a kind of community spirit. We should do that, because we live all together in the same condominium/apartment complex sharing common things like the clubhouse, the swimming pool, the tennis court and others.
